You are making me pine for a garden! I live in a townhouse and do not have the room to grow much besides begonias (I also have very little sunlight - darn trees :)
Great pictures, and the collage arrangements are effective, too!
The colors remind me of the lovely paisleys you see on an old eiderdown!
I love them all! But my fav is the hens and chicks...

Catherine what a delight to see what's still blooming in your garden! I also love to plant those hens n chicks in creative ways!Last winter.the bunnies nibbled away quite a few!I never did get the chance to replace and now we are facing Autumn breezes..where did our summer season go! Thank you for the birthday greeting!hugs Anna
This is the time for rejoicing every little flower left in the garden. :)
Beautiful Catherine!
Wishing you a good Thuesday! :)
Hugs.
Catherine, I'm like you, I really love the flowers...they bring so much joy and happines to me. They really inspire me too. It is nice to see what lovelies you still have blooming. I have some geraniums, impatiens, flower carpet roses and coreopsis that are blooming. Things are getting rather lean in my garden tho, just that time of year, I hate to admit.
LOVE the work boots with the hens-n-chicks! I wonder if my husband would notice if some of his old ones disappeared...
It's always a pleasure to see your pictures and to read your thoughts.
One thing that stands out is the log house, that is just beautifully done, a work of art done out of love... what more could you want.
Hello Catherine and greetings from over the pond..
I have just read your profile and know that we have much in common.. I am never happier than when digging in the dirt and watching plants grow.... it is pure magic!
Love your blog... will drop by daily.
Michele

beautiful..are there any colors that you do not have in your garden, Catherine???
You still have lots of things blooming in your gardens - very pretty. I like the building your hubby and son built - cool! And a tin roof - I would love to be near it when it's raining!!
