Pleasantly Surprised...


~Everytime I think my Roses are finished
I am pleasantly surprised!! :)


I was outside this morning hoarding them
like a squirrel does acorns..:)


~These David Austin English Roses (Heritage)
smell soooo good!!


~And still a few more buds...if I'm lucky
a few more Rose's before Winter..:)

Beautiful Cat...the white & yellow ones that you have in the bowl, at first glance...looked like fluffy egg whites...beautiful photography again. My carpet roses are still blooming away also..my coreopsis is also and I still have a couple of Hibiscus giving me some blooms. Nice to see in the chillier weather isn't it?? Enjoy your beautiful roses.

In October we love the roses more than before. We don't know, which one is the last rose in this year. Isn't it?!

i'm totally jealous. i don't know why, but we have a hard time growing roses in our area...a few do really well, but most of us have trouble with the David Austins...great photos!!
