~Two Fawn's, A Bear, & An Award...Oh My!

~Two adorable, & hungry fawn's visiting
my front yard, & garden's...

~This beautiful but rather intimidating creature
gave me quite a surprise...I was cooking dinner
and had my back door open. My cat~Avalanche
came running in obviously afraid of something,
I ventured out expecting to see deer, or the fawn's
and came face to face with this lovely creature!
...As you can see by the blurry photo's
~I was quite
surprised!! :)

~All kinds of creatures...great & small
visiting the garden...

~...and very very small! :)
~Wishing everyone a "Beautiful" week!!

Cat: Some very cool captures, I love the fawn pictures. I'm visiting from IMAC.
I had trouble with these lotto people a while ago. Just send them to the trash can.

What a treat you have had Cat *!* Bet your little furball acted like his namesake and ran like an avalanche to his mum for protection lol*!*

How beautiful pictures of Bambi! So , he really exists! I have to tell my 4 years old.
I can't imagine how it can be to live in a place where you can see such animals! I'll have to watch where you live exactly! I still can't believe it, you know, Catherine, I'm a pure city product.
And the bugs on flowers are amazing. At the first sight, I only saw flowers, then I realized what crazy little things were hidden inside. My children (pure city inhabitants too; of course) would have yelled at the bugs as well as in front of the bear. Sometimes 'big animals' are scared by little ones.

I saw a bear for the first time here a few weeks ago...unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me. It was running down my street! We get deer and the occasional turkey drop by our yard. :o) Fun pictures!

Good grief! What a surprise, Cat. We have lots of bear sitings at the lake but haven't seen one for many years (one was so close, bumping against the door, we could smell him)! The deer seem to be extra prolific this year ... every morning I meet them on my walk. Still hoping to get decent photos of the loons & bald eagles!

Catching up your posts I'm confronted with the pictures of a bear. Wow! Weren't you afraid to see him, or is such a meeting quite common where you live?
