The wild November Has Come At Last....
~The morn's are meeker than they were, the nut's are getting brown; The berry's cheek is plumper,
~The rose is out of town...
~The maple wears a gayer scarf, the field a scarlet gown... ~Emily Dickinson
~The wild November come at last, beneath a vail of rain; the night wind blow's it's fold aside, Her face is full of pain The latest of her race, she take's The Autumn vacant throne: She has but one short moon to live, And she must live alone. ~Richard Henry Stoddard

Hi Cat, thanks for visiting our blog! Nice to see you! I see we have gardening in common! Your photos are stunning :) Will pop by again soon! Jenn and Jacqui
Again, another fabulous post, Cat. November is a haunting month. As fellow gardeners 'putting gardens to bed', it is somewhat sad. But for me, it signifies life ... the birth of my youngest son and my own birthday. Each season holds its own joy. As always with your creative eye, you have captured the moment. Thanks for being 'my posting buddy'.
As usual, beautiful words and photos. I love November because of turkey day...I love December because of the holiday. It is honestly Jan and Feb I could do without. : ) I actually look forward to read your blog in Jan and Feb, to hopefully, give me some positive inspiration during my least favorite months.
oh i totally love that line from Emily Dickinson..she's one of my all time favorite poets....and your pictures are a lovely accompaniment to her words :)

You make November beautiful! :)
Nice words to go with great photos
Hi...I came over from Nature Girl's. Beautiful post.
You have a lovely blog.
Another great post, one which I will come back to view more than once. The words go so well with your pictures today... stunning. :o)
Beautiful pictures, love the colors.
Gorgeous colors! Much more vibrant than any fall foliage I've seen in New England this season!
I started a new blog to keep my photos separate from my crafts. The new link is on my profile page. =)
