"Life is like a rose...More exquisite and precious,When shared with others."
~Jane Oechsle Lauer
Wow...All of these are amazing....but the collage of the moon is abosulutely FAB!
I agree about the collage of the moon.. I made one myself this week but not posted it.We still have had no snow or proper ice, in fact I can not remember seeing 'Good icicles for years now.I came across this poem, I hope you like it as it goes with your beautiful Ice shots.Mount Toby, Spring ThawBy Wally Swist The trickle of melting icecatches in the basin beneath the culvert, flows ledge to ledge, then descendsthe stony bed worn between the banksof the gorge. Run off flashesalong the shoot of the frozen falls- the thaw of the brook pausingacross a long table of snow-encrusted rockbefore it tumbles over the rim of another. The sluice slides down the doglegsof ice, spills ribbons of water that plungethrough the beams of sunlight illuminating each pool, and where, mid-mountain,I stop to watch the ripplingwater shadow silver the mossy cliffs..............................I think it says so much about the ice views that I'm missing here in the UK.. we did get plenty when I was younger.Have a great weekendTom
