A Noisy Garden Visitor!
~A close~up of a Tulip Popular tree bloom Photo taken in late May
~A Raven, I'm told, I thought it was a Crow but my father~in~law assures me it's a Raven. He has been hanging out in a tree below the greenhouse for 2 wks, he's quite a noisy fellow, but fun to watch!
~It's June, and everything seems to be blooming at once!
Gorgeous photos, Cat. Your Tulip Popular tree bloom is especially breathtaking. You are back 'in top form'! I have been especially thinking of you tonight 'Under the Strawberry Moon' (The title of one of my 'unfinished' novels).*BIG HUGS*
Hi Cat, what beautiful photos you have taken once again. Whether Raven or Crow..you know what I cannot help be reminded of when I see them?? Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds". If you have ever seen that movie, when they come out of the school and see all those crows that have gathered...ow, sends a chill up my spine.
Your father in law is right. Having a Raven in the garden is something to treasure. Despite their reputation as a bad omen, they are wonderfully entertaining birds. I absolutely love them.

Those hens and chick blooms are gorgeous. I just bought some hens and chicks this year and can't wait till they bloom now.

I love crows, errr Ravens. Had a couple holding a turf war across the street. Noisey, obnoxious, funny all at once.

I came by earlier and caught up on your posts but then realized I had forgotten to comment because I was so caught up in your gorgeous pictures!
It was nice to see your post on my blog ... I have been away so long, I was sure I had been dropped off everyone's visit list!
